Good afternoon from Prince Edward Island;

Sea glass searching on PEI beaches is a popular activity for locals and visitors alike. So much so, that it sometimes makes the CBC News

The above post has several great suggestions for locations to check. Beachcombers seem to have luck at Souris Beach to which I can personally attest. It is said the shallower, rockier, red sand beaches hold more treasures than the white sand beaches of the north shore.

Of course, many local artisans use sea glass in different crafts so take some time to tour shops and boutiques around PEI like Fire & Water Creations for a special take-home keepsake.

Good luck with your hunt.
