Thank you for reaching out. There are a number of car rental agencies available at the Charlottetown Airport. You can see a list of those here.

Other options are PEI Car Rental and Summerside Car Rentals.

Turo, a peer to peer car sharing marketplace is now available in Prince Edward Island for those who would rather rent from a local car owner.
