Where's the best place to see and photograph puffin birds?

Hello Regina, 

Thank you for reaching out to Ask an Islander. Atlantic Puffins do not breed in Prince Edward Island and there have only been a few very rare sightings here.

Newfoundland is the most common place to find these beautiful birds in Atlantic Canada.
