Mackerel Fillets

  • 2 Pounds Mackerel Fillets (cut in half)
  • 1 Cup Orange Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon Prepared Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dry Oregano
  • Dash Garlic Salt

Place fillets in 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Cover with foil. Bake in 350 F. oven for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes. Serves 4 - 6.
