Are there any restaurants that use Halibut for their Fish and Chips?

Hello Idelle,

Thank you for reaching out to Ask an Islander. Halibut is my favourite fish! I often get it in restaurants, pan seared or I'll do oven baked when at home.

Brit's Fish and Chips in Charlottetown give you choices of how you'd like your fish and chips prepared and what type of fish you'd like. Halibut is one of the fish options!

Enjoy!
