Hello Sydney!

Thank you for reaching out! You can find gluten-free options almost everywhere on PEI but some places are more well known.

John Brown Richmond St. Grille located on the beautiful Victoria Row menu is almost entirely gluten-free and of the few items that aren't, most of those can be prepared gluten-free upon request.

For a breakfast option, Leonhard's Cafe and Restaurant is a great option. There are lots of items made in-house including baked goods that are gluten-free. They also have gluten-free sandwiches available; perfect for a quick lunch.

Brits Fish and Chips located in the heart of downtown Charlottetown is a great option too, they have gluten-free fish and chips! They also have celiac-friendly options on the menu.

Always discuss with your server wherever you end up, most places are very accommodating! Enjoy!

Asked: I will be visiting Souris in early July 2024. I would love to take in a traditional lobster boil ( if that’s the correct wording , with the potatoes and corn and sea food ). Is there a local area known for offering this?
