I will be visiting North Rustico for several days. Could you recommend a grocery store for breakfast items and picnic items? We are healthy eaters who love fresh fruit and veggies. Maybe a farmers market?

- Olde Village Bakery for sour dough bread and other fresh baked goodies;
- North Rustico Food Market for your grocery basics;
- Awesome Veggie Stand in South Rustico for fresh produce and pickles;
- Gallant's Clover Farm in South Rustico for fresh produce and on-site butcher;
- Red Barn Country Market in Ebenezer for homemade bread and other baked goods as well as some produce and pickles (not open Sundays);
- Home Style Flavours Country Market, Rennie's Road near Hunter River for eggs, baked goods and preserves (not open Sundays) and
- Charlottetown Farmers' Market or Summerside Farmers' Market on Saturdays for all thing healthy and yummy!
