I’m considering PEI as my retirement home and I was wondering what part of the Island is best suited for year round-living?

Good morning from Prince Edward Island,

Thank you for contacting Ask an Islander about retirement living. All parts of PEI are suitable for year-round living with the exception of certain "cottage areas" located near the shore and accessible only by unpaved driveways. I would suggest reaching out to a real estate agent to assist you in your search.

All the best with your future plans.
