Thank you for reaching out to Ask an Islander. Yes there is a bus that runs to Cavendish starting June 17th for the summer. One of the stops is Green Gables Heritage Place!
It is the T3 Transit service, rural route schedule. You can have a look at it here. This is the Monday to Friday schedule, they also have a weekend schedule.
