There are a few options. Ride shares like Uride and Kari would be an option. You will have to let them know the number of passengers as 2 vehicles may be required.
Pauley Charter would be your best option as they have a small bus, ideal for the number you have. PEI Coach Charters and Maritime Bus are another option with the van service.
There are also taxi services and other ground service options.
I would recommend looking into and securing your transportation early.
