Every August I cycle the Confederation Trail from end to end. After Fiona went through PEI, what shape do you think the trail be in come this summer?

I am delighted to say, you will have ample trail to travel in August.
After Fiona came through and left, we had many wonderful workers and volunteers who came in and cleared much of the trail system. That being said, getting through this winter, will be a real test to the trails. I expect there will be a trail update in early spring to let everyone know where the trails are with the clean up.
