If you are looking for square dancing the best thing I can suggest is to contact The Charlotte Twirlers! This group operates in Charlottetown with callers Christine Belanger and Roger Sherren.
Pre-pandemic there were regularly scheduled dances but there don't seem to be any listed yet for this summer. Best give them a call
There are other dances/dance lessons available in Charlottetown. Downstreet Dance Studio (www.facebook.com/downstreetdance) hosts a variety of classes for partner dancing such as swing, waltz, and salsa. And there is also Those Line Dancers (www.facebook.com/Those-Line-Dancers-754845334586916); a group that, unsurprisingly, teaches line dancing. Both are great opportunities to get out on a dance floor.
