Thank you for reaching out! The beaches along the Red Sands Shore Coastal Drive would probably be the reddest around. Argyle Shore Provincial Day Park is a good one! Victoria by the Sea is another great stop along the Red Sands Shore.
The waters are generally warmer on the Northumberland Strait side of the island, but the Gulf side can also be quite nice. It really depends on the day, the wind, and the tides.
