The first place that I thought of reading your question was The Blue Mussel Cafe in North Rustico! There are so many more options too though! PEI mussels are some of the best in the world so you really can't go wrong.
A couple of other options would be The Merchantman Fresh Seafood and Oyster Bar in Charlottetown or Lobster on the Wharf, also in Charlottetown.
