What is the best reasonable quaint cabins to rent in PEI

Hello Paula,
Thank you for reaching out to Ask an Islander. Your question is short, but oh so difficult to answer! There are so many amazing cottages and cabins all across the Island, it would be impossible to narrow it down, especially not knowing what region you'd like to stay in or when you will be here. I'll list a few of my favourites below to get you started.
Brudenell Fairway Chalets are fifteen executive two, three, and four-bedroom chalets arranged around a large central courtyard featuring a heated pool, playground, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, and outdoor fireplaces. Each chalet includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, satellite TV, and a screened-in verandah with a barbecue. Located next to the Brudenell and Dundarave golf courses and bordering the Confederation Trail. Private enough for an individual getaway, yet perfect for large gatherings.
Warren's Beachfront Cottage Rentals located along the eastern north shore, are lovely rustic cottages with an amazing view of the Gulf of St. Lawrence.
Briarwood Coastal Cottages & Lodge has something for everyone! They offer six housekeeping cottages with a coastal location on the beautiful Dock River.
Visit the Tourism Prince Edward Island website to look for more options. Under the "Where to stay" tab, you can choose the region that you'd like to stay in, the type of accommodation that you're looking for, and the month you'll be arriving in PEI. This will populate a list of properties for you to contact. Some will have a book now button, and some you will need to contact to book. To narrow your search even further, you can choose the 'advanced search' option and tick off the amenities that are important to you.
I hope this helps!
