What is the safest route to bike from charlottetown to Dalvay by the sea or Brackley Beach?

There are a few routes one can take from Charlottetown to Dalvay by the Sea, in Brackley Beach.

I always recommend checking out with the experts. I like reaching out to Cycling PEI through social media or their website. If you look for the Confederation Trail, there is a guide and map you can download. 

I enjoy biking along Union Road in Charlottetown, which starts just behind the airport. It's a really nice, scenic road with a lot of nice fields, a couple of streams and a few hills, and enough little turns, leaving you with a good clear view of the road ahead.

Riding along Gulf Shore Way East between Brackley Beach and Dalvay-by-the-Sea is magical. The scenery is very nice, might get to see the foxes, with the sand dunes and the water and if you plan it right, as the sun is setting. It's a great spot, well maintained and it's flat, which is a bonus at the end of your biking day.
