Where is the best place to stay if we want to rent e-bikes and do some biking? We will also have a car, but enjoy biking.

The Points East Coastal Inn in St. Peters is a lovely spot to stay and eat.
You could rent bikes from Confederation Trail Bike Rentals by calling 902-367-7900. I would suggest you book a e-bike.
