Any fruit and vegetable stands going to Cavendish on the August 24 to Sept 1?

Thank you for reaching out to Ask an Islander. I am familiar with a couple of farm stands en route to Cavendish. When travelling along route #225 from Borden-Carleton, you will find several farm stands selling new PEI potatoes. In Hunter River, on Route #2 east, an Amish family has a nice farm stand on the north side of the road (no Sunday sales). Be sure to have cash on hand for these locations.

From Hunter River, on the Rennie's Road #13, visit Home Style Flavours Country Market (no Sunday sales) and in South Rustico, you'll find the Awesome Veggie Stand. In Cavendish, the Cavendish Food Mart offers a lot of local vegetables.
