Do i need to pre-book and pay for entry into the Parks? I am visiting in July

Hi Jan,
Thank you for reaching out to Ask an Islander, I am happy to hear that you're coming to visit! There are fees to enter the Prince Edward Island National Park. You don't have to pre-book, you can pay when you arrive unless you are camping, then you should definitely book ahead.
There are times during peak season when the park is full, visit their helpful 'best times to visit' page for tips on busy times and parking.
The Provincial Parks are free to visit.
See you in July!
