Food suggestions in Charlottetown

I am a foodie and Charlottetown is one of my favourite spots to enjoy! I wasn't really sure what you were looking to enjoy, so here are some suggestions.
Fish and chips: I recommend Churchill Arms, Olde Triangle and Budley's.
Chowders: Sea Rocket Oysters, Red Shore Charlottetown (weekend brunch, reservations required), Merchantman
Lobster rolls: Dave's Lobster, Lobster on the Wharf
Oysters: Claddagh Oyster House, Merchantman
Mussels: Brakish!, Merchantman
Buffets: Red Shore Charlottetown (reservations required)
Beef: Chambers Restaurant & Bar (Beef Tips), Claddagh Oyster House (ribeye)
Burgers: Big Burger, Boomburger, Slaymakers & Nichols
Breakfast: Budley's, Chambers Restaurant & Bar (weekend brunch), Red Shore Charlottetown (weekend brunch, reservations required)
Italian: Buono Mangia Italian Restaurant (Pasta made on site, reservations required)
Sushi: Kimchi & Sushi (in the Confederation Court Mall), Ta-Ke Sushi, Yumi Sushi (all you can eat)
Grab and Go: Ada Culinary Studio, Gallant's & Co., Gram's Bakery and Meal to Go.
Special Spots: Cedar's Eatery (First Island Lebanese restaurant), Gaia's Urban Eatery (vegetarian and vegan), Leonhard's Cafe (soup and sandwich)
