Fun bars in Charlottetown

Answer by:

Hello Franklin,

Thank you for your question to Ask an Islander.

There are some great bars in Charlottetown. If you are looking for bars to dance at, Hunter's Ale House, Charlottetown Beer Garden, John Brown Grille, Olde Triangle, Baba's Lounge, Olde Dublin Pub and The Factory are the local go to spots. In the summer Peakes Quay is very popular.

A great pub to grab a beverage and munchies would include Churchill Arms, a great British pub. HopYard, with their ever-revolving menu or small bites options. Olde Dublin Pub for the taste of Irish, PEI Brewing Company with the wide variety of entertainment, Razzy's Road House and the sports themed restaurant, and The Alley with the bowling lanes.

Places which have had great cover bands and artists, I love the Trailside, PEI Brewing Company or the Red Island Cider.

There are many wonderful spots and it really depends on what you are looking for.

Enjoy searching for your new favourite spot!
