Good morning Elaine;

Thank you for reaching out to Ask an Islander. It sounds like you have quite a journey ahead of you. From Halifax (either the bus terminal or airport), travel by Maritime Bus to Charlottetown, arriving at approximately 5:00 PM. Ask the bus driver to drop you off at Royalty Crossing Mall (if possible). From the transit shelter at the mall, travel by T3 transit to Cavendish. The cost for this local one-way fare is only $2 Cdn. The last bus of the day leaves at 7:00 PM and arrives in Cavendish about 7:45 pm. There are 8 stops in Cavendish.

Thank you for choosing Prince Edward Island. Safe travels!

Verna Lynne
