I don't drive, what public transport is available? Many thanks
Hello Sian,
Thank you for your question to Ask an Islander. We have a few different ways to get around the Island without your own car!
Our main transport system is called the T3 Transit. The T3 Transit buses run from tip to tip of our Island with more buses going out to rural areas in the summertime.
If you are travelling from a neighboring Maritime province, you can also look into the Maritime Bus. They run consistent schedules through the larger cities and towns in the Maritimes.
We also have various taxi and shuttle services such as Kari, URide, Charlottetown Taxi, Co-op Taxi, and many more.
Make sure to check out the "Getting Around" page on our website for some more helpful resources!
We hope you have a wonderful time exploring the Island!
Take care,
Taylor
