I don’t have car, just wanted to check if there are taxi or bus services available in PEI to visit important places like Belfast tulip. In fact I dint have license either

There are many ways to get around Prince Edward Island while you are here. There are taxis, ride-shares, tour guides, and public transit. The public transit, T3 Transit has rural routes that can get you to sites outside of the city, but none that service the Belfast area.
