Thank you for contacting Ask an Islander. PEI does have trout, rainbow trout. Also striped bass has become popular over the last few years. PEI has haddock, hake, halibut, salmon, cod, mackerel and bluefin tuna (in season) too. 

You should have no trouble finding some fish to enjoy while you're here.
