I haven't been to PEI since I was a kid and thinking about going out there for March Break 2025. Is that too early in the season? Too cold? Would there still be things to do?

Thank you for the great question to Ask An Islander.

In March, we usually start to get some warmer days, which is always great when you want to explore the Confederation Trail.

It's always fun to go on a ride with Venture Stables Trail Rides who operate year round.

We also have many shops and studios which operate year round; like Jane & Sue Chocolate, and Shoreline Design.

March break is a popular time to book at Mill River Resort for a family getaway. A very popular March choice is Mark Arendz Ski Park and they usually put on great March break specials. There are lot's of Festival And Events on PEI all year round!
