I will be traveling to PEI this august, where is a great place for a seafood focused weekday breakfast/brunch?

Hi Danielle,
Thank you for reaching out on Ask An Islander.
When looking for a brunch menu featuring seafood, I've got a few ideas for you.
The Pilot House is a restaurant which has been around for a very long time, and is beloved by locals and tourists alike. They have a diverse brunch including parmesan crusted haddock and cajun seafood salad. I'm a big fan of the salad! You will find The Pilot House a hop skip and a jump away from the Confederation Center of the Arts in Charlottetown and is a great place to check out after brunch.
If you are looking for a brunch that has a touch of panache and incredible cocktail list, you can't go wrong with Slaymaker and Nicholl. Their brunch star are their eggs benedicts. The twist at Slaymaker that is not to be missed are the fish cakes eggs benny. Everything is made in-house and the service is impeccable.
When you make your way to Cavendish, Chez Yvonne's is a great breakfast spot! This is where you can get your fix of PEI Lobster first thing in the morning. Lobster eggs benedict is luscious and rich; so good you might need a little nap at the beach afterwards!
Have an amazing time visiting our Island!
