Is it worth visiting Michael Smith the famous chef restaurant and stay at the inn for a night
Dear Kay,
Thank you for your delicious question to Ask an Islander.
I take my food seriously, there are so many amazing and wonderful places to enjoy quality meals here on the Island and the FireWorks feast at the Inn of Bay Fortune is an amazing experience. From start to finish Chef Michael Smith is an attentive host, his staff are wonderful, the experience is unforgettable and the food, oh the food is divine.
It is an experience, ultimately, this is what you are paying for, but then you taste the food and you realize the experience elevates the food. Or is it the food which elevates the experience? Well, I trust you will very much enjoy finding out! So, yes, it is worth visiting.
Have a delicious vacation!

Asked: I will be visiting Souris in early July 2024. I would love to take in a traditional lobster boil ( if that’s the correct wording , with the potatoes and corn and sea food ). Is there a local area known for offering this?
