Is there a charge for leaving PEI on the bridge

Answer by:

Hello Andre,

Thank you for reaching out to Ask and Islander. Yes, there is a toll to cross the Confederation Bridge. Confederation Bridge tolls are charged based on a vehicle’s axle-count and are calculated for the round-trip, regardless of your initial point of entry to Prince Edward Island. Bridge tolls are collected when leaving Prince Edward Island at the toll plaza in Borden-Carleton.

Kindly,

Valerie
