Is there a shuttle or bus from Charlottetown to Wood Island?

East Connection Shuttle is a service that you can hire to take you from Charlottetown to Wood Islands. You can reach them at 902-393-5132 or 902-892-6760. 

Kari is Prince Edward Island's rideshare service, like Uber. This could also be an option for you.
