The best seafood restaurant with daily catches and oysters at best price in PEI ?Best place for Celtic fiddlers?
Hello Barb,
Thank you for reaching out! Prince Edward Island has some great seafood restaurants, the first one that popped into my head when I read your question is the Blue Mussel Cafe. Fresh seafood and other local fare served on a deck overlooking the picturesque North Rustico Harbour. It is a favourite among locals and visitors alike. They don't take reservations, but you can get on their wait list if there happens to be a line up!
Fin Folk Food located in Grand Tracadie is another great restaurant with stunning views! This place doesn't have oysters on their menu but worth mentioning for the views alone.
Brackley Bay Oyster Co. is a great place to sample fresh oysters! The Brackley Bay Oyster Company is a family-owned small fishery located in beautiful MacMillan Point, Prince Edward Island. Fishing one of the oldest leases on PEI.
The Olde Dublin Pub located in the heart of downtown Charlottetown has a $1.50 oyster special everyday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with the purchase of a beverage!
Fiddlers are also abundant in PEI. During the summer and into early September, there is a ceilidh every night of the week somewhere in PEI. Here are just a few!
