Hello from PEI!
I've jotted down some of the best places to find oysters this time of the year!
Point Prim Chowder House in Point Prim
The Lobster Shack in Souris
Valley Pearl Oyster in Tyne Valley
The Claddagh Oyster House in Charlottetown
The Local Pub and Oyster Bar in Charlottetown
Landmark Oyster House in Victoria by the Sea
Fishbones Oyster Bar in Charlottetown
For a unique experience on the water, consider The Fiddling Fisherman. Based out of Souris Harbour. Keep in mind that it is pretty windy today so this might be for another day.
The Fiddling Fisherman - Jigs and Reels
Or maybe a tour on a luxury pontoon boat with Captain Nate based out of Murray River.
Finish the day with some live music from local musicians at the Stanley Bridge Community Hall!
Back Home Tonight Concert Series -Gordon Belsher & Todd MacLean
I couldn't find any cooking classes that weren't already all booked up for this year.
It is hard to make suggestions without knowing which region you are in but the Coastal Drives are always open! Today is the last day for Van Gogh PEI at the Delta in Charlottetown.
Take a drive along the Prince Edward Island National Park, beautiful white sand beaches and the waves should be pretty showy today.
Stop into one of the Visitor Information Centres along your way to get the latest scoop on what is happening!
Have fun!
