There are a few options for luggage transfers.

Some walkers have inquired with their accommodations and found some will pick up or deliver luggage from one location to another for a nominal fee. A few accommodations will even offer to pick walkers up and drop them off along their route. This ensures a longer stay and walkers can enjoy being in one location.

There are van services, such at Bill's Van Service, who will pick up your luggage and transfer it from one location to another. Kari is the Island's version of Uber and luggage pick up can be arranged with them or taxi companies.

I like to follow The Island Walk, their FAQs always have great advise, their social media is very active.
