Where do you eat? What restaurants are best out of season (like in May)?

It's so hard to just name a couple of my favourite restaurants but I will try. The Landmark Oyster House (open now) and The Lobster Barn (opening May 10) are both amazing and are in Victoria by the Sea, a quaint seaside artisan village in the south shore of PEI. I also love Clamdiggers (open now) in Cardigan. Of course, there are many restaurants in the Charlottetown area but a few out of season ones that come to mind are Peakes Quay Restaurant and Water Prince Corner Shop.
