We will be on Prince Edward Island from 22nd August to 28th August. Where should we stay so we can to sit and watch a beautiful sunset in the evening .Also we want to hire a care , where would be the best place to do that. Thankyou Brenda Grigor

We're thrilled to hear that you'll be visiting our province in August! You're in for a treat—sunsets here are truly breathtaking. While you'll find beautiful views from almost anywhere on the island, the best sunsets can be seen from the western side, since that's where the sun sets.

West Point Lighthouse Inn is a very unique accommodation where the inn is actually located inside a historic lighthouse. This lighthouse sits right beside the water on one of the most western parts of the island. This would make it an amazing place to catch the sunset.

Mill River Resort is an absolutely stunning resort with beautiful, hotel-style rooms and a peaceful, scenic setting. It is also on the western side of the island which would make it an awesome place for a late evening dinner on their restaurant patio taking in the sunset!

Briarwood Coastal Cottages & Lodge would also be a nice place to catch a sunset. Briarwood has very cute cottages with nice waters views also featured on the western side of the island.
