What are the best lighthouses to visit in the Cavendish area?

Thank you for reaching out to Ask an Islander! There are three lighthouses along the north shore and Cavendish region that you can visit. They aren't ones that you can tour, but they are great for photos. The New London Lighthouse, the North Rustico Lighthouse and the Covehead Lighthouse.
PEI has 61 lighthouses and range lights dotting the coastline and 8 (and one range light) that you can visit and tour that are run like little community museums.
The Prince Edward Island Lighthouse Society has a great map that you can use to plan your visits. You can access that map here.
