What are the things to do near https://www.northportpier.ca/?

Hello Louis,
Thank you for reaching out to Ask an Islander. North Port Pier Inn and Restaurant are located in the North Cape Coastal Drive near the town of Alberton. If you are in the area, you need to take a drive up to North Cape. You will be at the very tip of Prince Edward Island and witness the meeting of the waters as the Gulf of St. Lawrence and the Northumberland Strait converge over the longest natural rock reef in North America.
The town of Alberton is known as the heart of West Prince. It is a pretty little town with lots of interesting things to see and do. Check out local history at the Alberton Museum and Genealogy Centre, which was originally built as the Alberton Court House in 1878. The building is a National Historic site and a Designated Provincial Historic site.
Visit Skinner's Pond, the home of Stompin' Tom Connors! Stompin' Tom Centre Homestead & Schoolhouse is a fun place to visit. Museum, gift shop and restaurant with live entertainment daily from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.
You're also not far from O'Leary and the Canadian Potato Museum & Antique Farm Machinery Museum. Don't forget to try the potato fudge! Do you enjoy golf? Mill River Resort and Golf Course is not to be missed!
Enjoy your stay!

Asked: I will be visiting Souris in early July 2024. I would love to take in a traditional lobster boil ( if that’s the correct wording , with the potatoes and corn and sea food ). Is there a local area known for offering this?
