Good morning Michael;

Thank you for contacting Ask an Islander. The three coastal drives of Prince Edward Island are North Cape Coastal Drive, Central Coastal and Points East Coastal Drive.

The provincial highway map is colour-coded to identify all three. You can pick one up at any Visitor Information Centre (VIC) upon your arrival.

Likewise, each of the coastal drive region have their own literature available at VICs to help in navigating the area. In the meantime, here is one for Central Coastal and a beach map from Points East.

I invite you to download or order our 2023 visitor’s guide. You can always stay in touch by signing up for the Tourism PEI newsletter which includes details on upcoming festivals and events and recipes too!

Have a wonderful summer vacation!

Verna Lynne
