What is the best beach ro find flat rocks in PEI?

Are you looking for flat rocks to paint? Or skip along the water?

White sandy beaches are the best beaches to search for flat rocks for art and craft projects. They are not as porous. The Island has many different types of rocks, making rock picking a real adventure!

On the red said beaches, you will find some dark flat rocks, also ideal for painting, but would require more paint as they are darker and require more coverage.

I love a good skipping on the water rock and use a flat Island sandstone rock for that.
