Thank you for reaching out, I am happy to hear that you are considering a trip to PEI!
Most of our visitors from Massachusetts travel by car to PEI. It is about a 10 hour drive. This way you have your car while you are here.
The second most popular means of travel would be by air and then you could rent a car when you get here. I would book well in advance for a car rental.
