where are the best beaches to find beach glass?

Hello Cathy,
Looking for sea glass while walking on our beautiful Island beaches is definitely a fun adventure! You will most likely have luck finding sea glass at the majority of our beaches, yet I have heard a lot of visitors have luck in the eastern part of the Island, especially near Souris.
There are several great beach suggestions; however, I will personally recommend one of the following beaches:
Sally's Beach: I have discovered a good amount of sea glass at this white sand provincial park and personally know others who have as well. Sally's beach has beautiful oceanfront views overlooking the Northumberland Strait and is also close to the town of Souris.
Cedar Dunes Provincial Park: If you are wanting to explore the western end of the Island, I have heard this beach can most times be very successful when searching for sea glass. The beach is beautiful, and you would be very close to the West Point Lighthouse which is an attraction you do not want to miss.
I also wanted to mention that there are many local artists that use sea glass in different pieces that you will no doubt find in many craft and art stores around Prince Edward Island.
No matter what beach you decide to explore, I hope you have success in finding some colorful sea glass in Prince Edward Island!
