Where are the best tidal pools on PEI?

Hi Stacey,

Thank you for reaching out! The beaches on the south side of the island have a more gentle slope to them. When the tide is low you can walk a great distance on the flats and there are often small tidal pools to dip your toes in and look for critters.

With every tide and every storm, the beaches change a bit so it's hard to pick just one. I would head to the beaches on the south side, Victoria by the Sea, Souris, Argyle Shore, Basin Head, Maximeville or Fortune.

Have fun!
