Thank you for reaching out to Ask an Islander. There are many places you can get vegan options in PEI. I will list a few below that have some great vegan dishes on their menus:

Cedar's Eatery, a lovely Lebanese restaurant located in downtown Charlottetown. 

Farmacy+Fermentary, also located in downtown Charlottetown. 

Gaia’s Urban Eatery is Charlottetown’s newest vegetarian and vegan restaurant, lots of great options here. 

The Gallery at The Dunes in Brackley. Here you can enjoy their vegan options and enjoy their beautiful gardens and the art gallery.
