Where can I eat good seafood near Warren's Beach Front Cottage (Goose River)?

Thank you for reaching out to Ask an Islander! There is a lovely little take-out restaurant in Naufrage called Naufrage Snack Shack. The operators offer fish and chips and their bar clam platter is a local favourite! I believe the menu has a lobster roll this summer, too. Delicious! 

Naufrage is just a few kilometres east of Goose River. While at Naufrage, keep an eye on the harbour. Tuna season is in full swing and the fishermen are bringing in some giants! 

If you head west to St. Peter's Bay, Julio's Seafood Market offers fresh seafood in case you want to cook at the cottage. Julio also has an oyster bar where you can enjoy a curated selection of fresh oysters from all over PEI. 

Also in St. Peter's Bay, the Black & White Cafe offers a delicious lobster roll, mussels and PEI-style fish cakes. Nearby, on Route 313, is the Golden Dory. Their menu includes seafood chowder, fish and chips and fish tacos as seafood selections..
