The easiest way to get maps of both PEI and Charlottetown is by calling the Tourism PEI toll-free number at 1-800-463-4734, and they can place an order for you. Also, if you need any more information about PEI, they would be more than happy to help you out with that as well.
The Tourism PEI website also has a wealth of great information, so I included that link just in case you might be interested in checking it out.
