Where do I go to buy fresh local meat in West Prince?

Good morning Jennifer;

Thank you for reaching out to Ask an Islander. You can purchase fresh PEI Beef in Alberton at Montrose Meats PEI Ltd. I would also suggest visiting a Co-op grocery store in the region and speaking to the butcher. They are located in Wellington, O'Leary and Tignish.

Although not in West Prince, you'll find local meat at the Saturday Farmers Market in Summerside.
