? ? We are visiting this fall first half of October. Wondering weather wise is it worth bringing our bikes at that time of the year. Driving from Toronto. Thank you

Hi Tatjana,
Early October is probably one of the best times of year to cycle on Prince Edward Island! The weather is cool, but not yet cold which makes for perfect cycling. Also, the leaves will be changing colour, which just enhances the beauty you will find around pretty well every corner.
We have several spectacular trails across the Island from which to choose, so here are a few suggestions I think you will be excited about. The most popular cycling/hiking trail is the Confederation Trail which is a 273-km rolled stone-dust trail that goes almost from tip to tip across the Island. It used to be the old railway line, but is now a beautiful hiking and biking trail.
There are also other great cycling trails, so here's a link to some of the Top Cycling Trails on the Island.
Just in case you may be interested in road cycling, you will find some excellent information here for Road Cycling Itineraries.
Enjoy your ride!
Regards,
Judy
