What’s the best restaurant in north rustico?
Hello Michael,
Thank you for your question to Ask an Islander.
It is hard to pick just one restaurant in North Rustico, because they are all delicious.
Finer dining, I enjoy the Blue Mussel Cafe and Pedro's Island Eatery. At the Blue Mussel, I enjoy the Seafood Smoked Charcuterie Board. It is a wonderful shareable and a great start to your dining experience. At Pedro's, their small menu style leads to some of the most wonderful dining experiences. His shrimp and scallop Diavolo was so good, I had to go back for another.
For a seafood adventure, Pier 15 in the Fisherman's Wharf Lobster Supper was amazing this year. Their mussels in a lobster cream sauce may have been the best mussels we had this season. A cannot believe I ordered a lobster grilled cheese sandwich and still to this day, rave about how delicious it was. The dining room gives the feel of being in the cabin of an old sailing ship, but the food is fit for Kings, Queens and Prince and Princesses! I love ordering multiple dishes and sharing family style.
Fish and Chips from On the Dock, By the Bay and Route 6 Fish 'n Chips will not disappoint. Locals watch for Route 6 to open, we love his whole deep fried clams!
Olde Village Bakery, careful on this one!! I have been known to walk in for a pie and leave with two, plus bread, salads, picnic treats and more. Do I regret that? Nope, not even a little!!
Fisherman's Wharf Lobster Supper, home to the 60 foot all you can eat salad bar, mussels and chowder. It is a fun way to enjoy your lobster supper experience.
You could eat at a different spot every day and still not get to them all in a week!
Enjoy!
