Is there a tour from Charlottetown to Halifax via the scenic bridge?

Thank you for reaching out to Ask an Islander. I don't know of any tours that specifically run from Charlottetown to Halifax, but there are many tour guides that you can hire to do a custom tour. I will list some below:

Pauley Charter and Adventure Tours does a private tour of Red Sands Shore and the Confederation Bridge, it doesn't go to Halifax but you'll get to see the bridge.
