What to do on a rainy day in Charlottetown with kids?

Answer by:

Hello Brent,

Thank you for your question to Ask An Islander.

Hopefully, we won't have too many rainy days on your vacation. Some great activities with kids, on a rainy day around Charlottetown, would include the Confederation Centre of the Arts. Presently the Centre has an art display from the Sobey's family. There is also a display on Confederation and many other exhibitions.

Swimming at the CARI pool or try bowling at the Alley

Beaconsfield Historical House is very interesting.

Cow's Creamery is always a favourite stop for the ice cream lovers! I also like having a fancy tea, landing at a restaurant between a lunch and supper rush and ordering a fancy beverage and have dessert, because vacations are about having fun!

The Hive and Honeycomb is a great spot to play board games.

I trust this will keep everyone entertained, have a great day.
